BIG FISH
This weekend the two of us went fishing. It was incredible! Michael caught his all-time biggest fish at 23 and 1/4 inches, and I caught my all-time biggest fish at 20 inches. We measured both, so this is no "fish story" ! (The picture of me is actually with a 17-inch fish. There were no good pics with me and the 20 incher, but I do have them if you need proof! ;) )

Interview swap
As you know, Michael has been interviewed frequently for medical school in the past few weeks. Tired of always being interviewed, Michael decided he wanted to reverse roles and be the interviewer. His subjects: Jacob and Aspen Warden.
Here are the results, videotaped for subsequent analysis.
Break time!
Michael and I were able to take a long needed break from the kiddles. We went on a beautiful and fun hike up to a lake in the Uintas. It would have been a perfect day, except on the way back, we took a wrong turn. Needless to say, it was a much longer hike than intended, but still great to be alone and just hangout!

Evenings at the park
This October evening weather is perfect! We love to go to the park right after nighttime "bath and jammies" and get any left over energy out before bedtime. Jacob especially loves watching his big sister do some of the "coolest" tricks. Just give it a few months Jacob, and you will be right next to her on that bar!
Just a start...
Welcome to our new family blog!
Things for our family are going great, and I thought this would be a fun way to keep everyone updated on the happenings at the Warden Home. Medical school interview time is here, and we are fortunate to be in the thick of it. Michael has interviewed already at St. Louis, MO; Iowa City, Iowa; and Syracuse, in Upstate New York, and he has another interview scheduled for the University of Utah in about two weeks. He is doing very well at the interviews. Thanks so much to those of you who have prayed for us during this exciting and nerve racking time.
